AHSA, in partnership with Insight Actuaries, has launched the Voice of the Patient platform, the first integrated patient survey tool in Australia designed to give privately insured patients a say in their healthcare journey.

This groundbreaking platform is a giant leap forward in our mission to understand and elevate the voices of patients across Australia.

With data collected from many thousands of Australians, across more than 250 private hospitals nationwide, we’ve established one of the largest private patient-reported databases in the country. And it’s growing every day.

The data collected through this survey helps our hospitals and health funds to improve services based on patient feedback.
