Access to the secure sections of the AHSA website is restricted solely to AHSA staff and authorised staff currently employed or contracted and authorised by AHSA participating funds or health providers.

By using the AHSA Website (ahsa.com.au) all users agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

AHSA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or the content of the AHSA Website at any time and without any notice users. Continued use of the AHSA Website means that the user accepts those changes and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in place at the time they access the AHSA Website.

Any person accessing the secure sections of this site must ensure that they have been registered as an authorised user by AHSA.

Terms and conditions of use for Australian Health Service Alliance Limited (’AHSA’) Website (ABN 75 062 860 584)

  1. This website contains confidential information about participating funds or health providers. Only the individual authorised and assigned a login and password from AHSA is authorised to access this information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password and for all usage and/or activity on their user account.
  2. Use of this website for any unauthorised purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in AHSA terminating the user’s access without notice. We reserve the right, and at the AHSA’s sole discretion, to deny access to the AHSA Website without notice if you attempt or engage in any conduct we believe:
    (a) to be inappropriate, misleading or dishonest
    (b) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene profane or is likely to cause offence to others
    (c) is likely to cause harm to the AHSA Website, the AHSA systems or systems of others
    (d) encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates a law
    (e) restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the AHSA Website
    (f) affects the functionality or operation of this Website
    (g) breaches any standards, content requirements or codes promulgated by any relevant authority, including authorities which require us to take remedial action under any applicable industry code
    (h) to be in violation of the AHSA rights or the rights of any other third party
    (i) does not comply with these terms and conditions
  3. Protecting AHSA data is important to us and therefore we have a multi-factor authentication in place to access the AHSA Website. To access the AHSA Website account you will need the AHSA login details together with a security code that will be sent to the mobile number linked to your registered AHSA user account. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of the AHSA login details. You must keep the AHSA login details secure by not sharing it with any other person. If someone has been removed from the registered AHSA user account, you are responsible for changing the AHSA password to protect the privacy and the security of AHSA data.
  4. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the AHSA Website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, electronic services are subject to interruption or breakdown and as such we do not warrant the availability of the AHSA Website.
  5. The content on the AHSA Website is protected by copyright. The unauthorised use of any of the AHSA Website may violate copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Materials on the AHSA Website must not be modified, framed, reproduced or publicly displayed, performed or distributed, uploaded to a third party or used for any public or commercial purposes without the AHSA prior written permission.
  6. All trademarks displayed on the AHSA Website are trademarks of AHSA or the respective AHSA participating funds. Nothing contained on the AHSA Website shall be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any trademark displayed on the Website without the express written permission of AHSA or their respective AHSA participating funds.
  7. The user shall notify AHSA of any known or suspected unauthorised use/s of their user account or any systems security breach, including loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure of their login or password.
  8. All users of this website are subject to AHSA’s Privacy Policy and must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended) in the collection of health information about an individual for the management, monitoring or funding of a health service.
  9. Users are also reminded of their obligations under the secrecy provisions of section 56 of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998.
  10. The management of this website, including upgrades and maintenance, is AHSA’s responsibility and will occur solely at the discretion of AHSA.
  11. AHSA provides no warranty or guarantee as to the completeness or accuracy of the content held in the AHSA Website and is not liable for any actual or potential losses incurred through use of this website by any individual or company.
