It explores how patient-reported data can enhance understanding of healthcare experiences, outcomes, and the overall value of care.

The Voice of the Patient platform places the patient at the centre of care delivery and value assessment. The report findings indicate that hospitals with stronger patient experience scores often also demonstrate better results in areas such as patient safety, clinical efficiency, and long-term health outcomes.
