Voice of the Patient provides a giant leap forward in our mission to understand and elevate the perspective of patients across Australia.
The VoP platform is paving the way by collecting a range of patient-reported metrics and combining this with other data sources like clinical data, cost data, demographic information, and data on Hospital Acquired Complications (HACs). VoP offers a multi-definitional perspective on healthcare, aiming to encourage a healthcare system that is constantly learning, developing and improving to benefit hospitals, health funds and patients alike.
